Spin / Fusion Classes

If you love high intensity spin but want to mix it up with 30 minutes of a Pilates reformer core or power yoga class then we have the class for you! There is nothing better than the feel of sweat and toxins leaving your body from a great spin or spin/ fusion class.

The secret to a healthy strong body, ready for anything, is to mix up your training. Individually spin, Pilates, and yoga all stand alone but together they bring a new dynamic! Spinning can be described by those just starting out as fricking hard and by those who have attended a few times more like addicting. It’s like life; when you push through a challenge to the other side you just feel better about yourself mentally – better that you didn’t give up, happy you survived, but most importantly you feel that new buzz and tingle that can send you home skipping! (Seriously, it’s like magic)

Our classes are geared to accommodate both novice and veteran exercisers. We teach spin by itself, with yoga, or a Pilates reformer core class. Best part is that your first class is FREE!

A Great Workout As an aging multi-sport athlete I was plagued by overuse injuries until I dedicated myself to 2 pilates workouts per week with Rana. Training with Rana has allowed me to focus on my endurance training while the pilates routines continue to strengthen my core and supporting muscle groups. The combination has kept me injury free for 2 years. The classes are dynamic; always changing with great routines, a great instructor and classmates! I encourage any cyclist or runner logging training miles to consider adding at least one class per week to their training regimen. Not only did I gain health benefits, I made new friends and got to know the lovely Rana Kennedy! Rana is so welcoming and encouraging. I'm nearly 64 years old!! and I'm proud of it. My mom is nearly 102 years old. I've been working with Rana @Agility for two years, and am I a happy camper. In 2005 I was told by two doctors that my bulging discs would most likely need operation, or that my sciatic nerve issue would need operation for me to be comfortable again just to walk and sit. That didn't sit well with me. I had been very active as a younger woman, and had walked with great posture and confident stride. After hurting for a few years, and taking medication for it, I decided surgery and/or pain medications would be my very LAST alternative. After some very intensive physical therapy, and two years with Rana, I feel like I've turned back the hands of time. I'm more energetic than I was in my late 50's and my friends notice my shape beginning to change!! I am 95% PAIN FREE, and even though I'm not sure I want to be 102, I'd like to be a happy, strong and flexible 80 and 90. Thanks so much Rana.

I wanted to get fit for my wedding and decided to try pilates at the Agility Studio. Now I am hooked! Rana’s holistic approach allows you to lose weight, gain strength and have fun. I enjoyed the cardio, and those machines (reformers) are not nearly as frightening as they look. I built strength and muscle and felt great. I also have a recurring back injury, and with the small class size and her deep knowledge of the body, Rana is able to cater the program to suit you. After several months of pilates three times a week (aka bridal bootcamp), I walked down the aisle with even more confidence and happiness!
