Spin / Fusion Classes
If you love high intensity spin but want to mix it up with 30 minutes of a Pilates reformer core or power yoga class then we have the class for you! There is nothing better than the feel of sweat and toxins leaving your body from a great spin or spin/ fusion class.
The secret to a healthy strong body, ready for anything, is to mix up your training. Individually spin, Pilates, and yoga all stand alone but together they bring a new dynamic! Spinning can be described by those just starting out as fricking hard and by those who have attended a few times more like addicting. It’s like life; when you push through a challenge to the other side you just feel better about yourself mentally – better that you didn’t give up, happy you survived, but most importantly you feel that new buzz and tingle that can send you home skipping! (Seriously, it’s like magic)
Our classes are geared to accommodate both novice and veteran exercisers. We teach spin by itself, with yoga, or a Pilates reformer core class. Best part is that your first class is FREE!
